Vendwize, our sister company, needed a strong marketing strategy to continue expanding and attracting large clients, so we decided to make radical changes that included a new name and a new image.

Vendwize, with offices in Watsonville, CA and San Jose, CA, is one of the largest and fastest growing vending machine companies in the Monterey, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and San Benito Counties. Learn more at www.vendwize.com.

methodology

Vendwize was founded in 2005 as Watsonville Vending, and because the original name had the name of the city where it is based, it was identified as a local vending company, and for that reason it was hard for Vendwize to attract clients from other counties.

To give Vendwize a bigger and more significant image and to help it with future expansion plans, we suggested changing the name of the company. Once we had a new name and a detailed marketing strategy, we proceeded to create a new SEO-ready website. After creating the website we created several marketing materials to assist the sales team to promote the business. These materials included postcards, brochures, posters, business cards, letterheads, envelopes, truck decals, and signs.

The next step was to assist Vendwize with outreach and advertising. The company used to advertise in the yellow pages, but we suggested using pay-per-click advertising instead. We created an account with Google Adwords and Microsoft AdCenter. In addition to this, we also listed the company in several directories and created a fecebook and linkedin page to help the company stay connected with its audience.

We also helped Vendwize to advertise and promote its services with the use of mail campaigns (using the postcards and brochures we created for them) and email campaigns (by creating html emails and sending them through resulstmail.com).

results

The results were magnificent. The new image has helped Vendwize to attract large clients. In only a few years, Vendwize has become one of the largest and most important vending machine players in the area. Other results include:

  • Traffic increased by 86% over the course of a year
  • Time spent on the website increased by 200%
  • Bounce rates decreased by 25%
  • Inquires tripled from pay-per-click campaigns when compared to yellow pages advertising
